    1. Certificate of Incorporation
          - If incorporated in SG, ACRA bizfile within 6 months validity is required as well.
          - If not incorporated in SG, CTC copies are required.

    2. Constitution / Memorandum of Association & Articles of Association / Partnership Agreement
     
    3. Proof of Business Address or principal place of business
          - POA should be within 6 months of submission date.

    4. Company Ownership and Control Structure 
          - All the beneficial owners (owning more than 25% of the shares) should be indicated.
     
    5. All connected parties including directors / partners / authorized traders / any natural person having executive authority shall submit:
          (i) For Singaporeans: - NRIC or Passport and a Selfie with ID
          (ii) For non-Singaporeans - FIN (front and back), Passport, a Selfie with ID, and a Proof of Address document dated within 6 months of submission date. It can be:
          - Bank statements; or
          - Utility bills; or
          - Tax assessment; or
          - Letter issued by the banks or the government departments etc.
     
    Selfie requirement:
    Take a selfie with ID (NRIC/FIN/Passport) and a paper written "COINUT", today's date, and signature.
     
    6. Information about the purpose and intended nature of the business relations transaction with COINUT.
          - Expected use of the account including amount, number, type, purpose and frequency of the transactions expected
     
    7. Any association the entity may have with other other countries or jurisdictions. For example, the location of the entity's headquarters, operating facilities, branches, subsidiaries.
     
    8. Board Resolution including:
          - approval of the opening of the corporate account
          - the appointment of an authorized person to act on behalf of the company and the signature specimen
          - the appointment of the authorized traders to transact using the Account and to deal with Coinut
     
    9. Source of Funds or Source of Wealth of the company. It must be dated within 6 months of submission date:
          - Bank statements; or
          - Utility bills; or
          - Tax assessment; or
          - Letter issued by the banks or the government departments etc.
     
    To avoid delays when verifying your account, make sure that these documents are:
    • Entirely visible (every single detail must be readable without any blur)
    • Take the photos somewhere brightly lit
    • Turn flash off to avoid glare on your documents
    • In high quality, unobstructed and not cropped
    • Valid, with expiry date visible.
    • Proof of Address valid for at least three months as of uploading date 
    • Do not take a picture of a picture
