II. Description of the Personal Data to be Corrected

To enable us to process your Correction request quickly and efficiently, please provide us with as much information as possible about the personal data you are requesting to correct (e.g. type of personal data, complete address, etc)

If you wish to update your address. Upload your Proof of Addresss (Utility bill, Bank statement etc.).

The Proof of Address should be under your name and should show the address that you wish to update to.

III. Disclosure

Please note that pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, Coinut is required to send the corrected personal data to every other organisation to which the personal data was disclosed by Coinut within a year before the date the correction was made, unless that other organisation does not need the corrected personal data for any legal or business purpose. Coinut may voluntarily include disclosure to more than 1 year to ensure a broader coverage of accuracy across recipients.
